What are your delivery and installation options?
We offer professional white-glove delivery and installation for most major appliances. Our certified technicians can hook up your new unit and ensure it is functioning correctly before leaving your home.
Do you offer removal services for old appliances?
Yes, we provide haul-away services for your old appliances on a one-for-one basis when you purchase a new unit. Please ensure the old appliance is disconnected and ready for removal prior to our team's arrival.
What is your return policy for major appliances?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that once an appliance has been installed or used, it cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your TA Appliances account to view real-time updates on your delivery schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through our partner providers to help you manage larger home investments.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new appliances come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty. For added peace of mind, we also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor beyond the initial manufacturer period.
